The room wasn’t clean. They don’t clean everyday. A lot of insects in the room, really dirty. I don’t know how it’s a 3* Hote?! The service is very weak

Ok place with a couple of things to consider

Decent place if you can speak a bit of spanish. With the electrified fence, not a neighborhood that you want to probably stay. Said free breakfast when booked and we were told that there was no free breakfast. Ok to stay if you can handle the language and the area. We will find a different place next time.

Wonderful place to stay!

This is a wonderful hotel, a great value for your money! The staff is so accommodating and helpful with anything that you need. They do not all speak English, but they try, and communicating is really no problem at all. The apartments are huge! And the area is very safe and fun! The hotel arranged my taxi driver for me to and from the airport, and he was also excellent at a fair price. This hotel really cares about making their guests happy! I highly recommend it!

Not a good start

When I arrived I was faced with a locked gate. I rang the bell repeatedly but no-one came (did the bell work?). I then started shouting 'hello, anyone there'. I was starting to lose the will to live after about 5 minutes when it started raining and was going to go away and try to find somewhere to phone from (I had no idea where!) but then the owner appeared. The owner was actually very nice and was helpful when he was there but my first impression wasn't good. The place was clean but the room(s) were depressing as there is very little natural light and it was painted in dark colours downstairs. It was basic (but you get what you pay for). Breakfast was supposed to be included but I never saw any sign of any being served.

Nobody at Reception.

I hardly ever saw anybody at the Reception area. This was a problem when I was unable to get water for a shower after a day at the Falls.. Aircon did not work

Hostel apart bien placé en centre pour prendre le bus pour les chutes d'Iguazu, appart énorme, convient plus pour couples avec enfants, sur deux étages, avec au moins 4 lits. Accessoires de cuisine ne fonctionnent pas toujours, la climatisation est un peu faible, et le personnel pas toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions.

Affordable/convenient stay for 1-2 nights

We had a comfortable stay here for 2 nights for visiting argentinian falls. Note this is a casual "family-run" apartment hotel so does not have your typical room service/daily cleaning. The room is barely furnished but this is an affordable choice for a short 1-2 night stay. The staff were very friendly, spoke English and helped with answering qns and arranging for taxi etc. It is located conveniently near downtown/city center, within 10-15min walking distance to bus stops to the iguazu falls and restaurants/shopping mall/atm

Razoável, mas sem cafe da manha

Não há cafe da manhã, embora tenham dito que sim (deixam um café solúvel no quarto e é só). Relativamente bem localizado (perto de supermercado e adegas) mas não tão perto dos restaurantes e longe da feirinha.

Confusion over booking but good outcome

Apart Hotel e mailed to say there was an error and to find another hotel. However, after a phone call they found us a larger apartment but at the same price for the studio apartment.Reception was not there when we arrived and appeared 20 minutes after a neighbour rang them on our behalf. Shared kitchen OK, good location and very roomy apartment. Poor Wi-Fi.

A qq minutes de marche du centre!!! Chambre au top sur deux étages. Seul problème la réception n est jamais ouverte!il faut donc téléphoner quand on arrive et quand besoin de quelqu un!
