Decepção

Após consultar a avaliação e nota, optei pela reserva nesta Apart e nos arrependemos pois a realidade é bem diferente e nos desagradou demais. O aspecto geral do apto é sujo e muito quente sem ventilação, com baratas descendo do forro, na cozinha não tem microondas e poucos utensílios para preparar refeição e muito menos fazer um café, pois não tem coador e garrafa térmica, O banheiro além de pequeno e sem janela parace uma sauna, banho somente de agua gelada. Outro fator na reserva diz que arrumação é diária, porém somente o fazem a cada 3 dias e a recepção sempre fechada. Desculpem pela minha sinceridade, mas avaliação tem que retratar a realidade.

La zona del apart. .Muy buena... La atención No tan buena...No nos habían puesto las toallas. ..Las pedimos ....En nuestra estadía de 4 días nunca las cambiaron. ...Nunca vinieron a limpiar...Dejo mucho que desear. .No lo elegiría nuevamente.

Very nice but bring a map!

Once we got to Puerto Iguazú we couldn't find a taxi driver that was famíliar with the address. Once we found a spot with WiFi and pulled up a map, it was no problem. Don't have them take you to Hotel Carmen as that is a different place. I liked the location and it was gated, safe, and quiet. The apartment was as expected and comfortable for an overnight stay. No living room or couch, but we didn't need it. Air conditioning and refrigerator/freezer worked fine. I didn't try the stove. One down side was there were no bath towels in the room. We didn't request any and just dried off with a t-shirt. If I get a chance to go back to Puerto Iguazú, I will stay here again.

Good price, off beaten path.

The hotel is down a side street away from the bustle of town... however barking dogs all the time in the neighborhood detract from the peace and quiet. The room was adequate. Air conditioning in bedrooms but one room did not work. No problem since I am single and did not need both bedrooms.

Great place to stay

The apart is spacious, comfortable beds, fridge & clean bathroom. The staff is very nice, the place is 10 min walking distance to bus terminal & access to restaurants & bakery easily. My only negative point is Noise! there is a sign that no noise after 10pm but either people didnt read it or care because at 2am some people were still making noise in the property. But except that, i would come back for sure.
