Chambre bien équipée, deux cuisines communes : une au rez-de-chaussée et une à côté de la terrasse ensoleillée et vue mer, toilettes et salle de bain commune toujours très propre et tout cela a deux pas des plages / port et entourée de commerces restaurants MAIS dans une rue très calme où on peut se garer : je recommande !"

"Loved our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean and rooms we very nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Loads of sunbeds around the lovely pool. Only had breakfast but the food was excellent with very good choice. Fresh omlettes. Entertainment every night. The hotel was opposite a huge beach and there we lots of nice bars and restaurant for the evening."

I purchased a pay on arrival, but I was emailed while at the airport asking for payment , to be told my accommodation will be cancelled if not paid with in 2 hours, this is not good customer service. "Juan, the receptionist was so professional, from getting in touch with instructions to get access code, to providing us with support to navigate ourselves in the city as it was our first time in Lanzarote. The cleaning staff were so kind and friendly. They established good relations with my kids. Would definitely book this place and recommend to loved ones. The place was clean as advertised, just the tv to be upgraded as it was not a smart one and couldn’t get any English channel to watch."
