"Firstly this is a lovely hotel which is very centrally located. The rooms were cleaned every day by the amazing hard working cleaning staff, honestly nothing was too much trouble for them. Also the night staff in the bar were cheerful and happy to serve you. But that's where it stops, the cooked breakfast left a lot to be desired, and as for the breakfast staff, two in particular who were the most unpleasant I've ever come across on all my travels.
