"Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife."

"Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "

It does feel a bit dated in places and the food at the buffet was often cold - also not very good at catering for vegetarians as there is a lot of careless cross contamination both by guests and staff.
