"The stay was excellent and the rooms were really well designed. I also appreciate how they were able to extend my booking last minute. The best part of this hotel is access to downtown Newcastle by foot and access to the train station or metro.
The only thing I don't recommend is the restaurant on the 2nd floor. It was extremely overpriced and portions were small and nothing special. For breakfast I highly recommend going to the cafe on the 1st floor. The food and snacks there are great and...
"Great stay - club room had a fantastic view of the Tyne and was very spacious. Parking on site - nice and easy. We also had a couple of complementary drinks when we arrived and a nice full English breakfast before we left.
Bathroom a little dated but other than that we had a wonderful time. Would recommend to all."

"I just needed a safe place near the train station to crash on a Saturday night after arriving in the country. When I checked in I was a little worried about the party hostel vibes in the lobby where the music was really loud, but once I got up to my room it was incredibly quiet and cozy! "

"The best bit about this hotel was the fabulous restaurant staff. So friendly and chatty. Great food too.
