We love the creative space and the time to come and venture down to Provincetown off-season. It was rainy during our stay, and the complementary umbrellas to get us out and about were such a nice touch! It would be nice if they made it known that the sauna and hot tub were not open during the off-season, other than that it was comfortable and cozy- great stay overall!

I liked how the doors were coded, easy in and out! I was a little scared at first to open doors to find bedroom from the Living room. But our neighbor from Colorado helped us out and found it quick! LoL ( Had an incident in Iceland where we ended up walking in on sleeping people. So still scarred to say the least!) Loved how bright, clean and set up this Deluxe Room was! It was exactly what I needed to reconnect with my Love. It’s convenient to all local area, docks, parking and ocean. As well as restaurants and shops! Would absolutely stay here again!

We were there St Patrick’s Day weekend and got a room with a private bath. Parked on the street right in front of the hotel. Walked to 1620 Brew House for happy hour (half price drinks & apps) and hung out with very friendly locals. Perfect location - would definitely stay here again!!

Great location and very nice location of property. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they want a nice cozy spot to stay for a nice weekend to get away and just relax.

Rooms are small but well decorated and very comfortable. Beds/linens are clean. Really liked the no front desk model where they text you the door codes. Overall great place and great location.

Location location….amazing location!
An absolute delight! The bed was beyond comfortable & the whole inn is just so welcoming. We absolutely loved the soaps/hair products provided - they smelled delicious! Our room was spotless & small extras (robes, real glasses & umbrellas) shows someone is thinking of all the little details other places over look! I can’t wait to come back and use the hot tub & sauna!

Arriving at THE place to be.
Great central spot for visiting for our first time. The location is nested right among the shops by the pier which is so fun but made parking a little difficult. The host provides recommendations on where to park and Riley’s was closed off when we arrived in the evening but saw it open the next morning. The Pier is said to have free parking Nov 1st through April 30th but our stay was in October and the overnight parking would have cost us $35…. But a local told us if we parked there and were to exit the lot before 8am the gate would be unattended and open and we could repark (wink wink). Access to our room was easy, the room was lovely and super clean and comfortable. I can’t imagine there being a better place to stay honestly. Stay here and you will have a great trip.

Location great but lacking in details that matter
Location is incredible. The hot tub--key reason I choice this location was closed Friday and Saturday for cleaning during Women's week. There were never any towels at the hot tub. I texted about it but no one ever got back to me. Overall, a fine place to stay but not a wow by any means. Location and clean but lacked the charm of a B&B and the efficiency of a hotel.

We are not a Bed and Breakfast. We do not offer breakfast. What we do offer are discounted breakfast vouchers to the world famous Portuguese Bakery across the street.We are not a hotel. We do not offer 24/7 service. We offer lower prices, a live-in housekeeper and an extremely clean and quiet facility. It is what you can expect when you paid 125/night during Women's Week.We did not close the tub for 2 days. We closed it for 1. We are fanatic about keeping it clean. We clean it more often than required by our Board of Health, which is one of the strictest in the country.Towels are located inside the cabinet by the spa. We did not get any texts from you during your stay. I checked our text history. I would recommend increasing your budget next time if you require 24/7 service. Thank you.

Loved staying at the Lotus. The location in the center of Provincetown was so convenient tô everything and yet when in our room it was nice and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and it was very evident that making sure their guests are well taken care of is their top priority.

Boutique Hotel with great location
Check in process was online and smooth. Tonn who I communicated with was receptive and gave me great recommendations to do in town, all walking distance. The room was clean, decorative and spacious. We got the king size with a private bathroom. Adults only with a Japanese pool. Highly recommend if it is an adult visit to Provincetown!

While the fully remote experience takes a bit of getting used to, the property is super clean, incredibly well situated in the center of town and if help is needed, there is a convenient # to contact. I wouldn't necessarily opt for the shared bathroom again but even that was completely workable.

It was perfect location being in the middle of everything. So much fun. And loved the jacuzzi outside(glad no rain), perfect temperature and cedar tab. It is absolutely best Japanese tab, I know cuz I’m Japanese ;) We will def come back!
