"Overall property was nice, food was good. Part of the room was updated and other parts were still dated. The servicing of the rooms was excellent, twice a day. The service at the restaurant Pelago was very slow, the beach service took over an hour to get anyone to come take your order even with the flag up for service and some times the people helping with towels and beach equipment would be a little rude. "We had a decent stay at the West Bay Club. The restaurant on the beach is fantastic, and the staff was very nice. Great spot for lunch on the beach. There are kayaks, paddle boards, & snorkels you can grab for free right on the beach which was super nice. The hotel has an excellent spot on the beach with a beautiful view. The chairs, umbrellas are very nice.
My cons of the hotel were the amenities at the front desk and cleanliness of the room. I felt the room could have been cleaned better....

"I have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel! Book it! We booked a Suite, 1 Bedroom Island View. It had 2 bathrooms, 2 closets, 2 safes, two tvs, a small kitchen, living room, a nice porch and a king size bed. It was amazing to have such a large space for two of us. In the kitchen we only used the nespresso (so happy they had nespresso!) and fridge but otherwise it has a few pots and basic equipment if you want to cook a very simple meal.
