"I very much appreciated the team starting with leaving my car to be parked by valet. They did a good job handling my very expensive car. I absolutely loved checking in. I believe it was Valerie who was there each day and she was so kind. Note I had a big problem with the check-in. You have a spray that's perfume me. "We truly loved the Spectrum Resort. The parking was a challenge since we rented a Suburban and the parkings are small. We rented a 4 bedroom for a family of 7 and it was amazing. The only sad part of our vacation is you have to go and get wristbands for the water park and we didn't have a chance. We would totally stay here again."

"The staff were very courteous and friendly. When we arrived, the air was broken. I called and they came to fix it the same day. The washer would work off and on. I couldn’t wash a full load. I called about that. No one ever came to fix that. I didn’t complain. I just decided to wash all of my clothes when I got back home. "My family and I stayed for four days. The villa had three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was nice. The villa was spacious with two balconies. It was clean and quiet. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and water park. The food was ok. We ate at the Clubhouse and the Chophouse on grounds. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay while in Orlando you may like it here. The staff was very nice and the shuttle to get around the resort was a lifesaver."
