"The room was comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. The front desk staff recommended two wonderful restaurants. The only downside was I was awaken by someone in another room slamming cabinet doors and taking a shower at 4:38 am."

"Great Townhome for Families and a Convenient Orlando Vacation We had a great stay at this townhome and really enjoyed the property overall. The home is new, modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated having several bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the variety of bed sizes and the layout of the home. This was very convenient for our large family because there was plenty of space for everyone without feeling like we were constantly in each other’s personal space. There was also a small pool or possibly a jacuzzi/spa area in the backyard, which was a nice additional feature of the property. The location was excellent. The property is in the Kissimmee, Florida area and is conveniently located near Disney, Universal Studios, and the airport. There are also several resort communities, restaurants, and shopping options nearby. We really love this neighborhood and actually stayed in the same area about four years ago during another vacation, so we were happy to return. The only significant downside to our stay was the air conditioning. We are not sure whether the unit was experiencing a problem, needed maintenance, or was set to a particular temperature, but the home became too warm for us to sleep comfortably. The first night was manageable, but the second and third nights were noticeably warmer, particularly in the downstairs primary bedroom. Someone did come to the property and indicated that they were there to address the AC, but unfortunately, we c"

"The communication between Maria, team manager, was exceptional. She answered ALL my questions, reassured me on ALL my concerns & worries. The original unit we reserved was unavailable at the time of our arrival, management upgraded us immediately, at no extra cost, to an even BIGGER & BETTER unit with pool :) Spoiled really!! Check-in was smooth, just make certain you read the instructions beforehand, that way, no hiccups. Once inside your unit, you will find the essentials, towels, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen is equipped but you will have to do a grocery to have all you need (salt/pepper, condiments, coffee pods, etc). I am a cleanliness freak, and the unit was clean to some standards. Of course, I had to do my own wipe downs, but all and all, I was VERY satisfied. I would recommend and I would stay again! Thank you UNE accommodations."
