"I loved the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring and the hotel bar was good without being over the top expensive. The only negative is that we were supposed to get 20% off food and beverage once per stay through Expedia. However they should tell you it’s not redeemable in the restaurant. Only the bar or Illys coffee shop. We left it until the last morning and couldn’t use it. The coffee shop and bar were closed. Anyway just a heads up. We had a very enjoyable stay though. They got us in the room early as we arrived at 10:00 in the morning and were very jet lagged. I would most definitely recommend to anyone !"

"My Sister & I felt very safe at the hotel and the area of the hotel. The location is idea for visiting different museums, a convent grocery store a couple blocks away as well as the tram line to Central Station to catch trains & buses for day trips, or if our feet were sore. As it states this is a traditional Dutch building with steep stairs, we managed the stairs with hand rails. Free wi-fi, the up graded room with balcony with a a table & chairs was nice to enjoy in the evening. We kept the balcony doors open most nights for the cool breeze, and the street noise for a solid sleep, on the nights we closed the doors, the street noise were minimal. We had our room cleaned three times during our 8 night stay, which was enough for us, the bathroom a small European size, with a hot shower. We brought our own favorite shampoo & hair conditioner, there is a multi purpose body/hair soap in the shower and at the sink. All the staff was nice, we saw Wahid the most in the evening on our returns back to our room, he was very pleasant to chat with and always asked how our day was."
