"From the minute we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags and check in a few hours early. The room was gorgeous and had a mini bar in the room with plenty of options for tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean with all amenities of soap, shampoo, heated towels,bathrobe and slippers. "Hotel Victoria is a great choice for a stay while visiting Montreux. We had a junior suite and the balcony view was spectacular. The restaurant has 5-star quality food and service. The hotel staff were fantastic. We would definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful large room overlooking lake Geneva. Right across the road from the metro, 2 stops into Lausanne gare. The window blinds blacked the room out at night which is perfect for me. Room was always cleaned, water restocked. The drinks were extremely pricey, 2 250ml bottles of Coke, circa £14! Customer service was spot on, shower was excellent and so too the spa/pool/sauna/steam room. Would highly recommend a visit!"
