Paper/paint bubbling and torn on wall. Very dim lighting. Each room had a hole in the wall drilled for wire to come out and the attached old crumbly power bars. Portable rolling air conditioners with air intake hoses drilled into holes into walls. The emergency light had a hole drilled in wall with electrical cord...

"Staff was good but the key card machine wasn’t working so you had to be let in with a master key everytime. That was a pain. I’m sure it is resolved now but a power outage caused it and it wasn’t working 24 hours later. "

"The hotel itself needs lots of repair . The elevator was not functioning and air conditioning was very loud. However my main issue is the dishonesty by either Expedia or hotel. I had to check out early and I was told by the front desk that I need to discuss refund for additional two days with Expedia .
