Best Western Prairies and Lakes hotels

"Did not use the laundry room. The staff was friendly. The pool was closed. If the pool is closed, why is that not listed on the website when booking?! This is so annoying. The hotel needed repairs. The room was spacious and clean. When in the shower, if someone turned on the sink the water immediately went cold; that was great. "

The staff was very friendly and I loved that they had a restaurant next door if we got hungry during the stay. 10/10 would come back here again"

"This was one of the nicest, home feeling hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The courtyards, fire pits, seating, wooden decks, etc all were great. The restaurant on site had the BEST breakfasts for a hotel that we had ever had. I will be here again next year for our event across the street at the convention center. No doubt."
