"Great location. Quiet but near old town Lyon with great cafes, shopping and bakeries. Near the metro and easy to get to local attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Charming, adequate, and clean. If you want breakfast order it the evening before. Loved our visit and highly recommend our hotel."

"Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly.
The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable.
Location would be the main reason to stay "

Very expensive breakfast which was ok but substandard for the price
Room service never showed up one day ( we had a suite)

"Beautiful hotel in perfect location. Walking distance from all the sights, sounds and cuisine that Lyon has to offer.
Concierge services went above and beyond (shout out to Julliette and all).
I seldom order room service on vacations but I am so glad I took advantage this time. The breakfast was both delicious and very generous. Also ordered dinner one evening and was thrilled with the food and the quick service. Highly recommended indulgence!"
