Hotel Dekat Pothamedu Viewpoint

"Nice hotel except for their confusing lift system. There are 4 different lifts in the hotel for different levels and that’s really confusing. Other than that it’s a nice well kept property with excellent staff. Pleasant stay overall."

"The location and views are undoubtedly the hotel’s strongest points — the scenery is magnificent and the setting is beautiful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not live up to what we expected for the price. We paid around £280 per night for 3 nights, which was over ₹100,000, and for that price the rooms and general finish felt very dated and poorly maintained. The furniture was old, the flooring was damaged in places, and some of the switches and fittings were visibly coming...

"Haven in the hills. Loved our stay at Windermere, a thoughtfully curated property with a a focus on nature. The staff were exceptionally helpful, meals wonderful and guided nature walks a wealth of fascinating information. Definitely recommend to nature lovers looking for a peaceful stay with all the creature comforts of a luxury getaway."

"great place for 2 or 3 nights, the wifi was excellent, only setback is that you can hear the people in the tent next door. The trail to the hotel is very rough and not an easy ride. The employees at the resort are very helpful and my favorites were Dilip and Manoj. Dilip will take great photos early morning in the trail.Manas will help you 24 hours if you need it. hiker shoes are very important."

"I had an amazing stay at this property! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect peaceful yet easily accessible. The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was comfortable for us. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall vibe was very relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely...

"The staff was not very helpful and welcoming. Room very bad. Floors were very sticky. The room walls had signs of leakage. Restaurant staff was nice but the service was extremely slow. We had to wait more that 30 mins just to get one roti. Overall, would not recommend this place. "

"Best place in town. Nice restaurant, room was spacious and clean. Staff really professional and helpful."

"Sehr freundliches Personal. Schönes Haus und Zimmer inmitten von Pflanzen. Sehr abgelegen, die Kartenmarkierung war falsch. Die Dusche hat nicht ganz funktioniert. "

""I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. This was a distressing experience for my entire family; in fact, we stayed awake throughout the night due to significant safety concerns. The property is in a state of total disrepair and appears to have had no maintenance or renovations since its opening. The rooms were in pathetic condition with an unbearable odor, and the amenities were completely unusable. Furthermore, the photos provided online are a gross...

"très moyen pour le prix excessif"

"Great place if you are looking for peaceful environement within close proximity to munnar. The gentlemen working at front desk was very helpful and hospitable."

"Tre nætter De-luxe-, men første nat, var forfærdelig, da der var en skrækkelig lugt i rummet, så vi skiftede rum, hvor bruseren ikke var tilsluttet, og meget begrænset med varmt vand. De to unge drenge, var rimelig høflige. Central beliggenhed Alt for dyrt i forhold til standarden "

"Budget rooms, allowed for early checkin. There was no airtel mobile network inside the hotel. Airtel has barely any coverage in local sightseeing places. They dont have a restaurant. But very good options at walkable distance. The rest rooms were clean and maintained neatly. Decent budget stay. "
