Belem Tower is located in the town of Bethlehem, county and district of Lisbon in Portugal. "I hate to leave a negative review, but I want to share our experience. I stayed here with my older parents because of the waterfront location, and the views are truly beautiful. However, there are two major issues. First, transportation is difficult. You cannot get an Uber or Bolt directly to the hotel and must walk up a steep hill to meet one, which is challenging with luggage and older travelers.
