"Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

"The property is undergoing some kind of renovation. It is dirty, fire doors do not close properly. The bed sank when you touched it. No tv, no WiFi, security of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The shared bathrooms are dirty and the locks barely work. Holes in the plasterboard walls. Stains up the walls. DO NOT stay here."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Cannon room is beautiful with a stunning bathroom which housed a large roll top bath and double shower. The his and hers sinks were well appointed and stylish. The mattress was too soft for our liking however this is a matter of opinion and others may like it.
