"Great spot for a one night stay in Portsmouth. Met our needs. Good value."

"Great location. Very good condition. Shower control has flow control too. I hate hotels where you can't control the flow. We did tell the hotel. It would be nice if they had more towel racks or hooks in the bathroom to hang the bathtubs. Also, if you don't want to pay the valet service you can just drive your car yourself to the Foundry garage 3 blocks away. Breakfast was good. We did give feedback that we wish there were were real cutlery and ceramic plates instead of plastic, plastic and plastic and plastic. There is a lot to do in Portsmouth. There is dining and shopping. There are tour boats that go out to the isles of shoals and the beach is in Rye."

"Our 3rd time at this location. Works great for us and our dog. Easy to walk her behind the hotel, and very comfortable rooms for humans! We arrived early and were able to check in, relax and escape the heat wave. Thank you@"

"After a long day touring the Isle of Shoals with my sisters it was so nice to be able to relax, unwind and refresh in a very comfortable, clean room. Staff was friendly, breakfast was very nice (although we were excited about mini waffles and they apparently had changed that to pancakes. Still delicious though). We spent some time at the well cared for, crystal clear pool before heading in to town for the day, which was just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The outside of the building is dated, as to be expected. The rooms were modern, extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. All of the staff were extremely warm, yet professional. I would stay here again."
