"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was easy and fast. Parking was included. Steps away from all the restaurants and entertainment on Hampton Beach. There was a convenience store right next to the property as well. The room was clean and had a well maintained bathroom, AC window unit, and refrigerator/freezer. Perfect location and cozy room for our family of 4 with two kids."

"The lobby and hallways stunk!! It was musty with a heavy perfumy coverup smell The room was okay as long as you entered from the outside vs the interior hall. The bathtub was treacherous...no mat, very slippery & nothing to hold onto. When I booked the room, I received confirmation of a price of $179. but when I got there, they charged me $249. As I didn't have my confirmation, I couldn't do anything. This place CLEARLY is not worth $249!! Not even worth the $179. I would NOT...

"The staff was helpful at check in and check out. They didn’t have a problem that I was a late arrival. They don’t accept dogs but since I wasn’t traveling with my dog that was fine."

"The bathroom was very clean. The decor is a mishmash of decades and pretty tacky. But that would have been okay for the low cost. The main complaint was that the room smelled, as if the air conditioner filter needed cleaning. We tried to air it out by opening both windows but no luck."
