"I felt like the photos online did not accurately depict the room that we got. Overall, no bedbugs, clean sheets, clean towels. The carpet in the room was questionable. There were water stains? on the ceiling of the bathroom. I will say the AC worked like a beauty. And the mini fridge was in good condition as well. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. For the price it wasn’t bad."

"This was a horrible experience. The phone in the room was dead and couldn't even call front office for an emergency or 911. There was a short shower curtain that would make water come out onto the floor. There was mold in the bathroom, no counter space to put makeup and toothbrushes etc. The door had spaces on the top and side, bugs could get in. No shelves in the shower to put shampoo, body wash and such. There were two floor lamps that were broken, and two table lamps that were very dirty. The...
