"It has not been renovated recently, somewhat overpriced for what you get. Definitely has a "cheap motel vibe", but not surprising for Motel 6 at ~100 a night with fees and taxes a little on the high end. I'd rate it more a $70-80 a night all in. There are other places that are nicer more upkept in that ~$100 price range (Howard Johnson, Anchorage Inn for example), but they require a deposit for incidentals. Usually ties up another $100 for a few days after checkout. Not ideal for a place to lay...

"Great stay. Our only complaint would be the small windows in the exterior door that had tint on them, but you could still see directly into the bedroom which felt uncomfortable. Also, the hardwood floors appeared clean but left my feet black from walking around the room. Everything else was perfect!"
