"The staff was exceptional. We arrived early before our room was ready and the staff took care of our luggage and directed us to a delightful afternoon tea while we waited. We blew an electrical breaker trying to use an American hairdryer and they promptly got the electricity fixed. They were very flexible with dinner reservations, working around our daytime activities."

"Paint chipping off the walls in room, sheets on bed were dirty, bathroom smelled like a sewer, carpets were stained, over all the view was great but the hotel wasn't worth the money."

"We made a reservation a month before our arrival for a Thursday and a Friday night. Our train plans changed and decided to give Friday night back. We were informed that it was a $500.00 penalty. So we had to keep the unused room, and eat the cost. The room was lovely but needed extra plugins for styling tools and needed to be cooler due to the heatwave but very quiet."

"Well built modern hotel directly across from Wavery Train station… best location ever! Made it easy to do day trips from here. Rooms are beautiful but small. Nice having snacks and drinks for free as well as a nice coffee/tea set up. Breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend !"

"Very well located, spacious and well kept. Unfortunately they put us in a room right at the entrance of their second building in our first night. Our bed was right in front of the main door, so anyone could see us and we could hear every one that was coming in + the cleaning team at 6am next morning. Also the air conditioning was not working. Next day they moved us to a far better room that I believe should better reflect their standards. Make sure you don’t get that 1st family room!"

"Parking is a big issue in this place, its an extra 25 pounds a nite. Parkings outside (the street) are only with coins. The receptionists the day of the arrival weren’t pleasant at all, one of them helped me as I couldn’t figure out how to park outside but the other wasn’t even kind enough to even guide me to my room when I asked her to repeat the instructions.I was given a room that took me two different elevators to get to. Ac didn’t start, room was hot as hell,had to ask for help, they...
