"What a fabulous hotel! Location is perfect for travelling around Liguria, with the ferry boat only 2 minutes walk. 10/10 for cleanliness and maid service. The room was nicely furnished and had a beautiful terrace overlooking the harbour. Breakfasts had a good selection of deli, fresh fruits and yoghurts. What made this hotel truly special was the staff. They could not do enough for us, and made our stay memorable! Will definitely be returning!"

"Lovely hotel in the traditional Italian Riviera style. Staff could not have been more helpful. Food and service were excellent. Only criticism was the lack of a shuttle service to the centre of town which, given the position of the hotel on top of a hill, the high cost of local taxis and the high temperatures, made it difficult for older customers or those with mobility difficulties."

"An excellent property, good location, we took a bus from the train station to property, then took a boat to Portofino. Very good service, as we have to leave early next day before breakfast time, the staff prepared carrying out breakfast for us and arranged taxi for us. We highly recommend this property."

"Booked at Hotel Villa Alberti after looking at a few different properties in the area. We loved our stay and would likely book here again if we were to return to the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate our 3 suitcases. The bathroom was great with a decently sized shower that never ran out of hot water. "All the hotel staff was so helpful providing directions & helping us book dinner/ferry reservations (and to my surprise, spoke English fluently)…and the breakfast was amazing! Best breakfast I’ve experienced, and I travel a lot! Parking was a little tight, but expected. Best to catch the train in to Santa Margherita & rent a moped & use the ferry to Portofino (15 min each way)."

"Ho soggiornato una notte. Mi ha fatto subito una buona impressione. Personale gentile e disponibile, check-in veloce. Parcheggio sicuro a pagamento. La camera pulitissima dotata di ogni confort, kit di cortesia, due armadi ai lati del letto con specchi grandi all’esterno delle ante di apertura. Grande tv e Alexa. La colazione offre davvero un’ampia scelta di ottima qualità adatta a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Ci ritornerò. "

"Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour."
