Wonderful stay - great staff , comfortable room and bed. Lovely views. So convenient - in the middle of The pedestrian zone, with restaurants and bars close by. Highly recommend !

Amazing location, right in the heart of pretty Rapello. Lovely hotel and super clean rooms! Walked to the shops/restaurants - even at night it was so relaxing and easy. We took to boat in front of the hotel to Portofino for 10 euros and returned by bus.. all very easy, just follow the crowd :-). ALL the staff at the hotel were wonderful, from breakfast to dinner, from checkin to checkout…We were made to feel like family and at home! Breakfast had more than enough choices included plus additional options such as avocado toast and salmon etc. If you wanted more! We will be back Thank you!

The hotel staff was one of the friendliest people we have met. They were always helpful and even let us have a late breakfast because we got there at the end. The hotel is nice but the staff is what makes it worth it.

Old world charm in the best spot of the Riviera

The staff from front of house to housekeeping were friendly and professional. The room was large with a comfortable bed and excellent view. The hotel has a lovely old world charm, which includes a working art deco lift. The location is excellent, right on the waterfront and only 5mins walk from the train station in Rapallo.

We were lucky to get the only parking spot the hotel has, so if you're driving, find out about parking options beforehand. We thought there was plenty of hotel parking. Great location, kind staff, air conditioner works great.

Great view

Hotels.com you think this is an unstaffed accommodation from your questions - this is a full hotel with a 24 hour front desk staffed with very lovely people. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied, but the Italians don't 'do' breakfast of course.

Love the view

The position was fabulous & the view stunning, unfortunately we found the beds to be very uncomfortable and it is very loud at night time but other than this is was great. The shower was one of the best we came across on our travels, the room itself was a little small & breakfast runs out quite early as they only cool so much apparently. From a family perspective the washing service was definitely one of the longest at 72 hours where other hotels were either the same day or within 24 hours. Ultimately the view and location were wonderful.

Pros: perfect location, ice cold air conditioning, great view, outstanding breakfast. Cons: was on 4th floor and elevator wasn’t working. Was old style single elevator with metal cage and was offline when we arrived and had to carry suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. Booked queen bed and got 3 single beds (more like cots with horrible pillows)

If you like loud music until midnight on a Sunday, this is the place. Our room overlooked the open area below and we were surprised by the disco/rave style music that started at 10pm. Was like it was in the room. We arrived and luckily I had a few Lysol wipes because I felt like our room could use a deep clean. The pocket door for the bathroom had all kinds of yucky spots that easily came off after I wiped it down. The steam towel rack looked like it had never been cleaned. The hotel is dated, which was somewhat expected, but again, not very clean. Overall we enjoyed our visit, but would choose a different property. The restaurant was amazing, food was exceptional and the staff were all top notch. The Sea view was unbeatable.
