"My only complaint was that despite a 12:00 check out time and “Do Not Disturb Sign”, house keeping loudly tapped on the door ( 6x each time) beginning at 9am and an hour or so later. They continued to tap until we woke/verbally responded, each time. I had the alarm set and was prepared to leave at check out time ( and did) but would have preferred a restful morning and that staff respected the “Do not disturb” sign. "Stay was great after switching my room. Hotel tried to give me a smaller room/bed vs what I booked. The first room had a broken AC, was 80 deg and none of the lights worked. Front desk corrected right away. Been here before so I was surprised at the mishap. New room was normal (great). "
