"Make sure you ask for a printed receipt when you check out otherwise you will spend days following up to finally get one sent over to you. It may also have some strange, random address on it that you are not associated with and no explanation other than it must’ve been put down when you made the reservation? They also charge a $25 facility fee, which is stated nowhere. Parking is also $40 a night. Considering the cost per night, it’s not worth the hassle and nothing remarkable stands out to warrant the price point. Service was not great as shown by the fact that I had to go way too far out of my way for a simple receipt. Also, pool was supposed to close at 10pm. Kids were yelling and screaming until at least 11pm. It was so loud that we kept getting woken up."

"The stay was terrible! I arrived and right away I was charged for parking $45 and I was given a dirty room. The cleaning lady was doing the beds while we were waiting inside the room. I then went to the front desk and asked to see if they would provide me with another room. They did, but the sheets were dirty, there were roaches and the floor was dirty. They never went to go take our trash out or to change our sheets. It was horrible! The Internet was not working on the TV. We couldn’t login into Netflix or any other streaming app. My son went to the front desk to complain twice about the Internet, not working and the front desk person told me he would go upstairs to fix the Internet in my room and never went upstairs to fix it. I will not be staying at this hotel again if I decide to go to next year‘s Beach Soccer Tournament horrible! horrible! horrible! place to stay. As I was checking out I asked to be provided with a number to corporate and the front desk told me I could call but not would be done about it. Never again will I stay in this place again. The front desk personnel are rude."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have ever experienced. When we arrived late at night, there were people smoking outside the property, which created an uncomfortable first impression. The room appeared poorly maintained and unclean. I found bugs on the bed, the sheets felt damp, the shower appeared stained, and there was visible dirt on the floors. Due to the condition of the room, I did not feel comfortable staying for the full reservation and left earlier than planned. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell far below my expectations for cleanliness, comfort, and quality. Based on my stay, I would not recommend this property."

"We picked this hotel because it was close to everything. This made it really convenient to see the historical areas, the beach, and shops etc. There was a rental shop right next door, too! However, the elevator and carpets were pretty dirty. The hotel room balcony was great, and the room was ok, the carpets and the mattress cover under the sheets were gross. They only had regular cable on the TV, so there was no way to rent movies. The bathroom shower needed some work and the fridge smelled. The food at the restaurant was good, the drinks were strong, and free cookies are always nice. The pool was great, and I loved that you could eat in the pool at the pool bar, fun! The staff was friendly, but they could have told us a little more about the amenities available. All around, we had a good stay, and it was a reasonable price. We paid about $150 a night booking online, and a gal we were talking with at the pool said they were charging her $300 because she just booked a room that day."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND if you have even an ounce of standards when it comes to hotels. The breakfast ‘buffet’ consisted of 3 cereals, apples, toast, nasty scrambled eggs and microwaved sausage links. The pool area was FILTY like it's never been cleaned or maintained. Cracked window. Rust, disgusting bathroom. Pool itself was very small and honestly shouldn’t even be used. Ice machines were gross. Our room just didn’t seem very clean or maintained in general. had patched holes all over the walls but not repainted, couldn't plug the tub, no curtain liner so when we showered the floors were wet and curtain was soaked. The faucet in bathroom was too short so difficult to wash hands in sink. The balcony was gross and not even something we wanted to step out onto. Plus it smelled like weed the whole time. There was pizza crust underneath the bed. The only thing good in our room was the mini fridge and AC worked. Parking was free, but the lot was so smell that late at night it was almost impossible to find a spot. It was advertised for laundry facilities and a fitness room but those didn't exist. They were storage rooms filled with supplies. There was no housekeeping the entire time we were there. We had to keep going downstairs to get more toilet paper and towels. The location was fine in relation to the beach, but it’s on the east side so a bit sketchy. If I go back, I definitely would NOT choose this hotel and I would stay on the West side."

"We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The location was convenient, the property was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. What we enjoyed most was the overall comfort and ease of our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodations were exactly as described, and the amenities met our expectations. Overall, we would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience. We hope this review helps other travelers plan a great trip."
