"If you’re a fan of sleeping in the previous guests bodily fluids, then this is the place for you. I can’t begin to explain how disgusting this place is. I had 2 rooms booked for the night before a cruise. If you’ve seen the documentary “poop cruise”, this is the motel that inspired the ship to give up on life and let all the guests stew in filth. After checking in with the heavily intoxicated “concierge”, we swiped into our rooms (which barely seemed necessary since there was evidence of the doors being kicked in several times). The room that I checked into had a nice aroma which reminded me of old cigarettes put out in a half empty beer bottle (hotel management would say the bottle was half full). All of the appliances plugged into the wall across from the beds, tv, fridge, and clock, were all dead. Not a huge deal. The fridge and shower were rusted from the bottom up. And I don’t mean a little bit of surface rust, I mean severe corrosion. And the lovely office chair had stains which led us to believe that there were several amateur films made in this room that did not have the budget for a cleaning crew after. Let’s move on to the second room. On the way to this room was a nice overflowing garbage can.The vintage lampshade with burn marks and stains all over it were an instant attention grabber. The best part were the dead bugs lined up on the window sill like Andy Dufresne’s chess pieces. And much like Shawshank penitentiary, we would have escaped if we were forced to stay"

"My room was ok, it was clean at check in. One floor towel, one shower towel thats it. Comforters were in the closet for some reason. Breakfast was not good at all. Waffle mix was watered down and only had 2 cereal options. Some fruits, bread and croissants. Apple juice, orange juice and watered down coffee. It's a cheap no frills motel across from the beach. They do charge $15 a day for parking."

"Make sure you ask for a printed receipt when you check out otherwise you will spend days following up to finally get one sent over to you. It may also have some strange, random address on it that you are not associated with and no explanation other than it must’ve been put down when you made the reservation? They also charge a $25 facility fee, which is stated nowhere. Parking is also $40 a night. Considering the cost per night, it’s not worth the hassle and nothing remarkable stands out to warrant the price point. Service was not great as shown by the fact that I had to go way too far out of my way for a simple receipt. Also, pool was supposed to close at 10pm. Kids were yelling and screaming until at least 11pm. It was so loud that we kept getting woken up."

"We picked this hotel because it was close to everything. This made it really convenient to see the historical areas, the beach, and shops etc. There was a rental shop right next door, too! However, the elevator and carpets were pretty dirty. The hotel room balcony was great, and the room was ok, the carpets and the mattress cover under the sheets were gross. They only had regular cable on the TV, so there was no way to rent movies. The bathroom shower needed some work and the fridge smelled. The food at the restaurant was good, the drinks were strong, and free cookies are always nice. The pool was great, and I loved that you could eat in the pool at the pool bar, fun! The staff was friendly, but they could have told us a little more about the amenities available. All around, we had a good stay, and it was a reasonable price. We paid about $150 a night booking online, and a gal we were talking with at the pool said they were charging her $300 because she just booked a room that day."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND if you have even an ounce of standards when it comes to hotels. The breakfast ‘buffet’ consisted of 3 cereals, apples, toast, nasty scrambled eggs and microwaved sausage links. The pool area was FILTY like it's never been cleaned or maintained. Cracked window. Rust, disgusting bathroom. Pool itself was very small and honestly shouldn’t even be used. Ice machines were gross. Our room just didn’t seem very clean or maintained in general. had patched holes all over the walls but not repainted, couldn't plug the tub, no curtain liner so when we showered the floors were wet and curtain was soaked. The faucet in bathroom was too short so difficult to wash hands in sink. The balcony was gross and not even something we wanted to step out onto. Plus it smelled like weed the whole time. There was pizza crust underneath the bed. The only thing good in our room was the mini fridge and AC worked. Parking was free, but the lot was so smell that late at night it was almost impossible to find a spot. It was advertised for laundry facilities and a fitness room but those didn't exist. They were storage rooms filled with supplies. There was no housekeeping the entire time we were there. We had to keep going downstairs to get more toilet paper and towels. The location was fine in relation to the beach, but it’s on the east side so a bit sketchy. If I go back, I definitely would NOT choose this hotel and I would stay on the West side."
