"We were blessed to arrive very late, and able to easily get into the room quickly. It was a little dated, but comfortable for a short stay, Met the lady that booked us for the extra night, and that was a pleasant thing, as well."

"The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and understanding to my requests. The room I had was above average, but many of the electrical outlets were not working, nor was the room phone. Stayed an extra night before leaving and found the pool/hot tub building closed much earlier than what was posted."

"The breakfast has many options, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the pool is incredible and has views of mountains, the hotel is 2 miles away from Polly’s Pancake Parlor, 15 minutes from Franconia Notch State Park, Echo Lake, Cannon Mountain, and The Basin, 20 minutes from Lincoln, with great restaurants and the Kancamagus Hwy for a stunning scenic drive, and the hotel prices are very affordable! "Safe and clean, although dated. It was very difficult to get the shower to a safe, comfortable temp, but with some patience, it can be done. The hot tub/spa area is seasonal, which was not advertised. Quiet and comfortable, the room was spacious."

I surprised my husband for a stay for his birthday and they had a cake waiting for us un our room when we arrived, so nice & appreciated! They were thoughtful with birthday wishes & desserts! We ate at the 1902 for a delicious dinner and wonderful view- highly recommend!!"
