"Staff were very friendly smoking is allowed in the building therefore the smell of that was gross. Was local to lots."

"Hotel and room very clean, bed was comfortable, location wise good as beside the underground to get in and out of city centre."

"good location . There are some restaurants nearby. But the blanket is quite thin. No heating in end of Oct. So I feel cold at night. Also, there is only one bed sheet cover. The bed is a bit basty. Btw the kitchen is closed at 7am(don’t know the opening hours). So I need to ask the staff to open it to get my stuff inside the refrigerator. No elevator and microwave here. But you can use a pan or pot for food reheating."
