"Location was incredible. Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We ended up missing check in due to a late train and they were very kind to set up late check in for us last minute. You’re tucked nicely within walking distance between both the artisan shopping area to the south and the main tourist sites (Duomo, David, etc) to the north. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice bar/cafe, and a very cool rooftop. Overall, great value for the stay, we only wish the hotel guests got a little better deal on food/drinks at the lobby restaurant. We will absolutely stay again next time we are in town!"
