"Had a great 1 night stay with the wife and 2 teenagers in a Premier Deluxe Japanese Western room. Booked this as the one expensive special treat night for this trip. Room was clean, in excellent condition, very spacious and looked just like the photos on the website. The room having its own outdoor private onsen bath was fabulous. Dinner was excellent with every course looking and tasting amazing. Breakfast was also good with lots of options for the buffet. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Just what I was hoping our stay would be like."

"This was our favourite stay for our whole Japan trip. We stayed at 3 other hotels. This place and area is unbeatable and i wish I would’ve booked a second night. I didn’t know that I would want to live this day again. The staff were ridiculously kind and helpful. At the end of our stay, I asked which bus and where I should take to get to Hakone-Yumi to and she literally left her post and started running to help me catch the bus. My son enjoyed free ice cream from the vending machine (which he loved). The band in the lobby before dinner was such a nice touch. The dinner and breakfast were perfect. Honestly, just the perfect relaxing spot for us. Would go back for sure. "

"We stayed in the large room so had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the in room bath. Be warned that no food is available on the premises. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and there are few places to eat. We ended up eating two nights at the large tourist hotel buffet next door. The hotel does not give you information on restaurants etc and the few local restaurants do not take credit cards. "

"We had a lovely stay. It was raining when we arrived and we decided to relax in our private onsen. The experience was a dream. Rooms are cleaned daily and minibar restocked. The staff was polite and helpful, the property itself is serene. "
