"We stayed in a shipping container! It wasn't a real room. It was cold. They provided us with 2 noisy space heaters that didn't heat enough. Sheets and blankets felt itchy. We couldn't sleep much. Staff was nice. Location and view were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. I don't recommend to stay there if you are hoping for a nice comfortable stay. "

"Staff met you at the front, Spanish-speaking only but super nice. The room was fantastic when we stayed. It was a little bit colder so there was a space heater. There’s a menu in the room for options for meals. We didn’t partake in any of this, but it was great to know that we had a food available if needed. "Cindy, the owner, was an excellent host. Very proactively engaged in our experience from the day we booked. The bungalows look into the forest and dining pavilion were new, modern, and well equipped. Cindy is also the chef, and serves and excellent breakfast and dinner. "Property is fantastic beautiful views and view of small waterfall. Walk around property and enjoy the nature, river, waterfall. Property manager on site was super friendly and helpful. Three story type house. Kids loved the bunk at the top. Easy walk to town for food and groceries. We stopped here between drive from SJO and La fortune and stayed one night then went to blue falls great stop!! "

"The check in is strictly 2 pm. No earlier than that. The farm is so cute with friendly animals that are well taken care of. The restaurant is delicious, gourmet food at reasonable prices. The staff is very nice and accommodating all throughout the hotel. The room is comfortable, rustic and the fire place is a most at night time because it gets chilly. We went to Nayara next and found monkeys were free there jumping from tree to tree. It also got very crowded during the day as they allow outside guests to the gardens.
