"Room was great, cool vintage vibe. AC was very cold so I eventually turned it off since it didn’t appear to turn off. Bed was ok, but not to my preference. Lobby had a cool vibe."

" The property was in a good location to Penn Station, Times Square, 34th street shopping and seemed safe. The room was clean and comfortable. The reception provided every evening was a nice addition to our stay at no extra cost and the breakfast was ok. There was even a chef to make omelets on the spot. Thing that was not satisfactory was that I was not given the kind of room I booked. Also I had to deal with a cabinet that had a broken door during my 5 night stay. Yes, I did complain to front desk staff. This would have not been such a big deal, but the microwave and frig was inside this broken door cabinet. Maintenance was called to look at it and I was told, “I tried to fix it”. I was told to yank it really hard to open it. I yanked it daily day and night! Two days later still waiting for my emailed receipt! I don’t think I would select this Embassy Hotel next visit! "
