"Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too."

We used their parking, checked in easy with plenty of reception staff who took luggage from the boot to our room. The memorabilia in the open area and halls made going around the hotel fun. Neat gym.
