"The property is nice but the restaurant’s situation is not good. They close on certain days so you have no choice to go to the buffet. The buffet has some good steak for lunch and dinner."

"The room was clean and comfortable, though the phone didn’t work at all. The pools were clean and accessible but the amount of room at the pool bar in the water itself was very limited and provided little to no opportunity to use it. The staff were great and friendly and very helpful. The buffet was mediocre and not nearly as good as many I’ve been to. The Italian restaurant was terrible, staff was short and run thin. There was a bread/cheese bar that we were never offered, the food tasted like it came from a frozen dish put in a microwave and the meal took way longer to finish due to the lack of staff. We used the spa services and were very satisfied. I give it a 4/5 because the staff were great, otherwise it would’ve earned a 3.5."

"The staff was so kind and helpful. Lupita at the front desk sent a special gift to the room because we were celebrating my daughter’s college graduation. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and neat. Hotel was very well maintained and the grounds were beautiful. Pools were a little warm but still relaxing. Overall, it was a great stay."
