"The hotel is beautiful and incredible well maintained. The main bar with its view is stunning. However, the level of service and standard has dropped tremendously. We have stayed here many times before. The staff is stressed out, you have to wait for half an hour to get your drinks in the evening, at breakfast you also have to wait a long time. It used to live up to five star, but not anymore. This might be our last time staying at the hotel. The prices for room, food and drinks has increased...

It's not too expensive and is in a good location. The restaurant and bar are very good. The spa area is also very good. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed in for its location and class.
