"The images really sell the property, but sadly the reality is not the same. The pipes in our room sounded like a pneumatic drill going off every 25 minutes. There were chunks and holes in the walls, the thermostat was hanging off the wall.. we were delighted at the price and the pictures but sadly it is not the reality. They also tried to charge extra city tax without telling us in advance as they gave us a different room to what we reserved."

The staff member who stays overnight was also very useful. Had come back with someone from an event who had run into some troubles, and although they could not provide a bed they went out of their way to help the person which was nice."
