"staff really helpfull and friendly, breakfast is solid. the cleaning was quick, the room was private, i wasnt bothered and everyone was very helpful. location great, rent out a bike and youre close to anywhere you wanna go, also the staff knows good night clubs and has good recommendations so overall very good experience. the hotel is def worth it"

"Das Zimmer war groß für den Lärm gab es Ohrstopsel.
Die Dame sowie der Mann sehr unfreundlich und auch nicht Hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück für 17 euro pro Person eine zumuntung. Es gab Hot Dog Brötchen weiß Brot oder Vollkornbrot.
Einmal und nie wieder das Geld ist diese Hotel nicht wert."

"Beds and bathroom were clean but overall the room was not that clean. (Carpet, walls,surfaces, The shower head was broken/ leaking. there is no staff at all, emails and messages prior to arrival got no response. Web site indicated there was an airport shuttle but there isn’t. Digital keys were a bit of a stress because if your phone dies while sight seeing you can’t get back into your hotel. Stairs are a no-go for large or heavy suitcases."

"Amazing property near the airport. Rooms are big and clean. Staff are helpful. The check-in and checkout process was smooth. I would like to provide feedback with regards to the shuttle that I took to your hotel.
On 15 June late evening, I waited at Schiphol airport from 10.45 pm. The shuttle at 11.02 pm didn't turn up at all. I then went up to a shuttle at 11.20 pm which runs among 3 Ibis hotels nearby to Schiphol. So after a short ride, I went down at Ibis Hotel. After talking to the front desk, then only I realised that it is Ibis Hotel, but not Ibis Style Hotel! So I had to wait for another shuttle that...

"The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience.
The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room.
The staff were quite friendly at check-in."
