Arrived at midnight, -5°C outside , no reception ( I called and informed late,arrival) it took the guard 15-20 minutes to open ...."
"The staff were friendly and helpful. The area was very convenient for shopping and food options. However i room was not cleaned once whilst we were there. I had to take garbage bags out myself downstairs in the lobby. Also there were no lifts. "
