"Excellent hotel and staff."

"We had a comfortable stay here and was served delicious breakfast"

"A great spot to stay while on Jahorina and good deal for the price I paid, but some of the rooms could use some renovations, including the room I was in. Even a new paint job would go a long way. Would stay here again. "

"She was polite and helpful. "

"This place is amazing! The view over the mountains is fantastic and the rooms are very nice designed and clean. The breakfast was also very good. I will definitely come back again, it’s worth a trip to Banja Luka only to visit this hotel."

"Property has an amazing breakfast, staff is so friendly. And it’s so close to city center"

"Everything was great!"

"Nice hotel"

"I was pleasantly surprised with Cezar Hotel and its staff in Banja Luka. The effort given to satisfy their guest is really at the highest level. I truly recommend this hotel. It is close to the main transport (bus, train) hub in Banja Luka, and at the same time at the waling distance from the beautiful city centre. The public transport is functional (about 1/2EUR per ride), people on the street are extremely polite and helpful if you ask question (not everyone speaks English or French though)"

"Staff was amazing, special mention to Drogi(Georgi) he was over the top helpful, from getting bags from the car to give directions and just over all friendliness. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and got around very easily. Lana was very kind, friendly and helpful, made check in very easy. Breakfast was made to order and fantastic. Room was modern and very comfortable, gym was top level, free self parking on site. Location was fantastic 5 min walking distance to...

"Wonderful stay! Staff was super helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our early arrival and departure. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!"

"Everything was great but no access to tv"

"Stan bi mogao biti malo cistiji, posebno kuhinja, kanta za smece, bolja posetljina i jastuk za trecu osobu."

"Hotel med fyra stjärnor men motsvarar knappt tre städningen under all kritik glömdes andra natten rökning i restaurangen och matsalen till och med personal röker i matsalen. Bodde 7 nätter tyvärr synd att de har blivit så eftersom jag bott där sen 2015."
