This hotel was very beautiful, exquisite bath and shower areas, carved wooden panels in the rooms, cute sitting areas by the large windows. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The pool, sauna and hammam were elegantly designed. Very relaxing vibes. The massage services were also excellent as well as the food.

Staff was attentive and friendly - made sure we had all the relevant info - I was celebrating a birthday and they made it extra special with an in room sweet treat - hotel is located in one of the best spots of the city - easy walk to almost anywhere - covered parking in the scc center and the hotel has valet. Breakfast had a lot of options both traditional Bosnian and some intercontinental /American type breakfast options - rooms were very nice and I would have to stay very nice and best hotel in downtown Sarajevo - highly recommend!
