The hotel itself was beautiful, facilities were great. Breakfast buffet had great options daily. Indoor pool and hamam was great to use at nights. Location was great very central to everything Housekeeping could've been better wasn't cleaned to 5 star hotel standards other then that would definitely recommend. We had mountain view which was beautiful.

Excellent hotel with a great location. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the wellness area was a great place to unwind. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Their warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even more enjoyable, and we really appreciated how attentive they were throughout our visit. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again.

The hotel was an excellent experience. First class all the way. We really enjoyed the spa. The sauna and salt room were great and we had excellent massages. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, the room was great and the breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed our walks along the river to and from Old Town and to restaurants for dinner. Highly recommend.
