We booked the luxury family studio with two bathrooms. Everything about the room was exceptional. The only drawback is the limited front desk. "

Very very friendly and helpful staffs who'd make you feel welcomed instantaneously. Neat tidy & spacious room. Breakfast is included - gives you a taste of Bosnian morning delicacies. "It’s a very clean, nice, comfortable renovated apartment. The host Melisa is amazing and very helpful. She guides you about the city and you can approach her with any questions and she gets back to you right away. One of the best host I have experienced. Will definitely recommend to stay here. Location couldn’t be better. It’s very close to old town and has lot of dining options. Mall is just across of you want any groceries or essentials. "

"Loved the beautiful interior design and decor, from architect to artwork across all areas, a lot of thought went into making the place feel like home while elevating the experience. Perfect location, a quick walk into center of Baščaršija without the heavy traffic and noise. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and always ready to help. Everyone speaks English. The room and bathroom was a bit small, but to be expected across Europe. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back!"
