"Great location and very comfy bed"

"Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good & plentiful but the ‘hots’ were cold. Our room was clean enough but looking very tired. Needs an upgrade. The television was difficult to operate. The reception area was clean and welcoming."

"We were very happy with our room We were not at all happy with our room being serviced, first night turned jug on and it blew a fuse took ages to fix Never got tea bags and sugar replaced daily had to ring to ask them to do this (Six out of the ten nights) No vacuum cleaning No toilet cleaned in the Ten days we stayed 🙁 disappointing"

"Awesome! A perfect stay for us! The hotel located at good location, about 3 minutes walk to the Metro station (Victoria Cross). The room is spacious, clean, quiet. Smooth check-in, front desk staff super friendly and helpful. I booked with breakfast buffet, good breakfast with variety of choice. "
