"The suite was spacious, and it was great to have a complete kitchen. The king-size bed was due for a new mattress. There was no housekeeping service during our 7-night stay, which was not ideal, but they happily picked up trash and supplied replacement soap, etc. Laundry was free except for soap, and the easy parking was a plus. The overall vibe is not glamorous, but it was generally comfortable, convenient to many stores, and a good central location for the Berkshires museums and seasonal performances."

"There was a little bit too much reliance on the hotel’s part on the online checkin/ checkout. Getting into the room was easy , with the room code sent directly to us. However, we departed early, before 8:00am, and went on with our day. No one was at the front desk at that time. Only much later, after check out time, I discovered an email asking me to let the hotel know when I had checked out. This was not sent until 9:10 am. "
