"We enjoyed the breakfast, particularly the egg bites, the room was clean, and most of the staff was polite/friendly. However, we encountered a very rude front desk staff member both during our evening check-in and when we arrived back late to the hotel one night. "Location around events were awesome, the staff was great. Didn’t care for the ice machines to be broken. The rooms could have been better accommodating with the cleaning which was very very poor for the amount of money you’re spending . The bedding was dirty and obviously not changed from the previous guest. That is unacceptable and I’m very disappointed in that."
