"Cleanliness a room was OK overall decent day"

"The parking was a little crazy with events next door Hard to get in and out of parking lot with event traffic "

"Check in was good, 11:00pm somebody set off and alarm in the hallway. 3 am two men were in the hallway talking loudly and proceeded to keep talking in the hallway until 4 am. Talk to the front desk and they said they didn't see anyone on the camera's which tells me he wasn't looking. Othe than that room was good "

"Stayed while in town for a wedding weekend. Loved the gorgeous hotel and grounds, attentive, friendly, front desk staff, and well-appointed quiet room. Would definitely return when I have more time to explore outdoors in warmer weather."

"You can tell from the moment you walk on that it's not kept up well. Hallways with visible debris, elevator floor with debris, pool area floor with visible dirt and hair chunks - non working jets in hot tub. First room we checked into, checked mattress - mattress pack had multiple stains and loose little pebbles/rocks on top, under sheets. Changed rooms - bedding was good - but floors were sticky. Overall, wouldn't recommend."

"Clean rooms, asked for connecting rooms, did not get them. Shower never got hot in either room. Price is high compared to others in the area, restaurant/limited bar area appeared to be only rarely used. Pool had lots of kids, Outback and Cracker Barrel next door. Based on the price 25 -50 a night higher than others nearby, I would not spend the extra $$ again"

"Clean rooms, friendly staff and parking on the grounds was well lighted and had easy access. "

"The towels were yellow and some had black stains on them. The hotel stated there were Keurigs in the rooms but when we got there they said they’d all been taken out of the rooms but you could request one. Of course it didn’t work so no coffee until I got showered and ready to go down to the lobby. "

"The property was spotless, and the rooms were fantastic. However, I would advise travelers to be aware that they require a deposit upon check-in, in addition to the standard hotel fee. Despite this minor inconvenience, my stay was overall pleasant and enjoyable. "
