Everything was great. The hotel was quiet. The staff were very helpful, courteous and eager to meet any needs we had. It’s a convenient spot to stay after the Michigan football home game, and I have no complaints at all.

Staff was helpful and Noah remembered my father was having surgery which was nice. Rooms are run down and musty. Old bathroom fixtures and peeling paint on ceiling. Worn furniture, uncomfortable platform beds with worn tattered window coverings. Used a fold out bed and when folded down sheet was stained and had old hair all over it. First night the hotel smelled of marijuana in our room and down the hallways. Price per night was cheap but also clearly felt cheap. Proximity to Chelsea hospital was great but there was some chaos in the lobby with a bleeding patron, police, fire, ambulance. Not likely to stay here again.
