"The pool was cold and hard to enjoy, I couldn’t anyone to turn on the heater. I called Elite multiple times and they never answered me back to turn it on. My complaints with the house was the master bedroom only had a queen size bed. Trying to figure out the remote control set up for the tv’s was a little bit difficult. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. "

"We really enjoyed staying at Karsten Maricopa! We will be back! Pros: easy check in, very clean, comfortable beds, spacious, everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals, fast internet, quiet and safe neighborhood close to grocery stores and shopping, nice backyard with pool to sit in the sun. Cons: shower head in the hallway bathroom needs to be replaced, lights in the main bathroom flicker and one light bulb is out "

"The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests."

"The apartment was clean and very spacious. Check in and stay went very well. The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall the stay was great, but there is a few things I wish we’d known upfront. There is assigned covered parking but it is quite far from the apartment door. The futon in the living room is very small and so uncomfortable it was painful to sit on for any length of time.
