"This place was excellent, clean, and has lots of living space. The home was well equipped simple but fully functional, fully set up kitchen with pots pans knifes forks all that good stuff. Communication was on point, if you have any questions or anything of the sort youll get an answer back fast. "Nice property, not cleaned properly. Pool dirty, yard dirty, toilet leaks, tub faucet runs all the time. Mismatched towels very cheaply presented. Sealing fans nice but thick dirt on them we were afraid to start them. Was asked to remove shoes and we got our reward and had to throw our white socks away. "

"This property was kept in great shape! Vince was very accommodating with check in and out times, very communicative! The unit itself was in great condition, only a couple of downsides and not all were in the owner’s power. There was a smell coming out of the kitchen sink/garbage disposal, only noticeable when washing dishes. Parking is an absolute menace if you have more than one vehicle. Uncovered spots get taken fast. A backyard shade is pictured in the photos but not provided, not a big deal...

"Great spot to stay, right off 101, you have direct access to get to most of the east side of the valley. Beds were comfy and place was clean. Property managers were very responsive. We were there in early Feb and had the pool heated, was nice and warm. Keyless entry made check-in and out really easy. Would stay here again. "
