"Unfortunately, I wasn’t even there an hour. The room smelled sweaty and had an awful stitch smell to it. There were some form of herbs and ticks looking stuff inside the drawer. I quickly went back downstairs with my bags and checked out. The front desk clerk was nice about it. I am still waiting on my refund. It’s been 3 days."

"Staff was amazing, extremely friendly and property was clean. They have a kickback every night where they put out a small spread, changes nightly, where smoked pulled pork, nachos, baked potatoes etc.. were that nights items, along with a card for 3 drinks from the kickback bar for each night of stay. Then there is the breakfast in the morning, excellent spread. Between those 2 things that covers supper and breakfast. This hotel chain has always been amazing for us!"

"Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard but attendant kept everything full. Room was very clean and seemed newly remodeled. Great value. "

"We stayed in a suite!! The room was far from clean with dirt on the flooring. The sofa was ripped and the back pillow coming off, and the sofa bed was disgusting. The light when you entered the room flashed like a strobe light (not good when you have a family member with epilepsy). There was mold growing under the bathroom vanity and sharp broken tiles surrounding the floor. The toilet ran all night. And the kicker of the trip, NO hot water the entire stay. And now I can’t get any type of at least partial refund from Expedia or the hotel. "

"We arrived late and there was a person working the front desk. Had to call a number & wake someone up to check in. The property itself looks NOTHING like the photos used. A huge misrepresentation! We arrived at 3:30AM and there were at least 10 different people loitering in the parking lot, we witnessed what had to have been an illegal transaction taking place. This property felt so unsafe that we left and slept in the parking lot of a truck stop instead. BUYER BEWARE! We tried unsuccessfully to get a refund. Please, please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. "
