"The hotel and room was what I expected. I got the Vespa room, which was small, but quaint, which is what I expected for a hotel in Europe. It was clean and a good location. Lots of shops and restaurants close by, including a supermarket. Bonus that the room has a pretty large balcony and the hotel was only a couple of minutes away from Barberini Metro station and busses, and 10 minute walk from Trevi fountain. I would stay at this hotel again if I returned to Rome."

"The rooms were lovely however check in process was confusing and not very clear on booking, there is no rooftop bar directly by these rooms and check in and check out is completed in a separate location which is a bit confusing and slightly inconvenient. "We absolutely LOVED this place!! We traveled late Aug into Sept. There are only 8 rooms so the service is so dedicated and personal. The Staff is AMAZING! We literally can’t say enough about them- especially Asia. Asia went well above and beyond to help us, provide recommendations, organized transportation/reservations, made us feel like family. We traveled with our 5yo. Everyone there makes you feel at home- so kind, patient and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay incredible. The views are breathtaking, the beach is fun (the walk back up the stairs is rough but that’s literally anywhere in Amalfi!). The beach chairs down by the water provide an amazing panoramic view of the water and all of the boats while feeling a sense of luxury from the private hotel terrace that provides that view (again, the walk back up is tiresome but well worth it!). Breakfast is as delicious and always served with a smile. There is no restaurant on site for lunch/dinner (at least not when we were there). I believe they are renovating soon so that may change. Rooms are clean, spacious and have beautiful views with AC. The hot tub on one of the lower terraces was a hit for our 5yo, although it could have used a little bit of a cleaning, we still enjoyed the breathtaking view. There are roughly 160 steps from the street to the Villa gate. We are already trying to book for next year!!"
