"5 star service. Great boutique hotel in the gothic quarter. The top shelf mini bar refilled daily and free of charge, the coffee machine and room coffee options was a lovely bonus, great roof top, breakfast was amazing and the service. The gift at the end of our trip icing on the cake. My only feedback would be how dark the rooms are which I get is the vibe but it would nice for a brighter light option. "

"The staff was unbelievably welcoming and accommodating, best we have encountered, yet! "Beautiful hotel with outstanding staff who go the extra mile to make sure your experience is the best it could be. The room was tastefully done with top notch linens. Every night we found a delicious treat in our room. Breakfast was beautifully presented with lots of variety and Sandra remembered my tea order from the day before. Loved the rooftop bar too. Highly recommend!!! "

"The room was incredible. They surprised us with a bottle of sangria for our anniversary. They also helped us book a reservation for a restaurant in the area(by recommendation from the front desk clerk.) it was incredible and they purchased a glass of sparkling wine for us aswell. Amazing experience. We will be back again. "
