The top shelf mini bar refilled daily and free of charge, the coffee machine and room coffee options was a lovely bonus, great roof top, breakfast was amazing and the service. The gift at the end of our trip icing on the cake. My only feedback would be how dark the rooms are which I get is the vibe but it would nice for a brighter light option. "

"The room was incredible. They surprised us with a bottle of sangria for our anniversary. They also helped us book a reservation for a restaurant in the area(by recommendation from the front desk clerk.) it was incredible and they purchased a glass of sparkling wine for us aswell. Amazing experience. We will be back again. "

"After a horrid airport experience, Elena, the Receptionist, recognized our stress. She asked if she could find a ready room, would we like to go directly rather than wait until our specific room was ready at 3P. It was 9:30A. In the meantime, have a free coffee during the approximate 15 minute wait. That kindness and personalized greeting was appreciated. The Chic and Basic Born is in an historic quiet spot.
